Mike is a life-long Native Nevadan with contacts to both Northern and Southern Nevada. He has substantial experience in the areas of car accidents / personal injury, commercial and business law, premise liability, insurance defense, and Appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit, and United States Supreme Court.
Mike won several judgments in excess of $1 Million and also obtained a $5.5 Million settlement for his clients.
Additionally, he has successfully defended / prosecuted countless cases involving commercial real estate/construction defect, wrongful death dispute, and Premise Liability claims.

Professional & Community Involvement
Beyond his legal practice, Mike is an active member of the professional and local community. He has served on the State Bar of Nevada Discipline Panel, the Fee Dispute Arbitration Committee, and held leadership roles with the American Bar Association, including Vice Chair of the Tort Insurance Practice Section.
He also served on the Executive Counsel of the Young Lawyer’s Section of the State Bar of Nevada. In the community, Mike has been President of the UNLV Law School Alumni Association, a Board Member of the UNLV Alumni Association, and President of the Kiwanis Club American Asians of Las Vegas. He has also taught RICA classes at St. Thomas More.
His reported cases include Cashman Photo v. Finkel (2012), Smith v. Mahoney’s Silver Nugget (2011), Fayer v. Vaughn (2011), WMCV Phase 3, LLC v. Global Accents (2017), and Half Dental Franchise v. Houchin (2017).
